# sk173951 - "cpdata_collector: command not found" when running the "cpdata_collector" command after installing R80.20SP Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 310

## Symptoms

- * "`-bash: cpdata_collector: command not found`" message when running the "`cpdata_collector`" command after installing R80.20SP Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 310.

* When running the "`/etc/cpsdc/bin/cpdata_collector`" command, the expected output appears.

* When running the "`./cpdata_collector`" command inside the "*/etc/cpsdc/bin/*" directory , the expected output appears.

## Cause

The Check Point Support Data Collector (CPSDC) tool does not create the required symbolic link to the executable file. As a result, the Gaia OS cannot find the executable file.

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version.
