# sk173936 - R81 SmartConsole builds higher than 547 unexpectedly close when loading the Access Policy

## Symptoms

- * R81 SmartConsole builds higher than 547 unexpectedly close when loading the Access Policy:

  1. The user opens SmartConsole of a build above 547.
  2. The user clicks on the **Policies** tab.
  3. SmartConsole unexpectedly closes.

## Cause

A query responsible for displaying the content policies tab cannot manage the large quantity of data: for example, an unusually large quantity of inline layers.

## Solution

A new query has been integrated into the code.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
