# sk173925 - First time sync issue - Smart-1 6000-L and open server show "different hofixes" error

## Symptoms

- * First time sync issue - Smart-1 6000-L and open server show a `"failed to syncronize: the security management servers contains different hofixes" ` error

* CPinfo shows that both servers have the same hotfixes installed.

## Cause

The Smart-1 6000-L appliance comes pre-installed with its own R81 ISO version.   
This contains different jar files from the GA version.
