# sk173714 - VTI stops passing traffic after Remote Gateway IP Address change

## Symptoms

- * VTI stops passing traffic after Remote Gateway IP Address change.
* Log Message: Auth exchange: Received notification from peer: Traffic selectors unacceptable MyTSi: \< x.x.x.x - y.y.y.y \> MyTSr: \< z.z.z.z \>

## Cause

At the time of its creation, the VTI gets the Remote Gateway details from the Interoperable object pushed to the gateway from the Management Server (CMA or SMS). If the IP address later changes, the VTI needs to be recreated.
