# sk173704 - Administrators cannot connect to Endpoint Security Server

## Symptoms

- * The administrator cannot access Endpoint Security Server.
* SICTUNNEL is terminated and restarted every couple of minutes.
* cptnl debug shows:

  ```
  
  [CPTNL 13802 4135225088]@cpesam-00-01[21 Oct 15:28:28] CPTNL: Wed Oct 21 15:28:28 2020
  malloc failed: Cannot allocate memory
  HuffmanNode::operator new: failed to allocate memory using fw_malloc.
  ```

## Cause

SICTUNNEL is using too high memory by fwasync.
