## Symptoms

- WSL2 traffic is blocked by the Endpoint Security Client Firewall blade.

## Cause

WSL2 is a regular VM that runs on Windows. It runs regular processes (not Pico). Therefore, it works with the regular Firewall rules (ports, addresses, services, etc.).

## Solution

Create a new rule in the Firewall policy for the inbound and outbound traffic and allow the necessary protocols for the affected machine.
