## Symptoms

- After upgrading R80.x Jumbo Hotfix, Access Control policy installation fails with this error in SmartCosnole:

- "/opt/.../fw1/lib/base.def", line x: "ERROR: unknown macro or function "
- Error compiling IPv6 flavor.
- Operation ended with errors.

## Cause

Although a new file was created, the installer did not rename it as a temporary file. Therefore, the `$FWDIR/lib/base.def` file was not replaced during the upgrade.
