## Solution

Dell EMC iDRAC9 contains remediation for an improper authentication vulnerability that could be exploited by malicious users to compromise the affected system (Smart-1 6000-L/6000-XL/600-M/5050/5150/625).

For iDRAC9 versions 4.40.00.00 and later, but lower than 4.40.10.00, upgrade the iDRAC firmware to the version 4.40.10.00.
