## Symptoms

- * Policy export from SmartConsole (Actions \> Export) fails with this error message: "`An internal error has occurred`."

* cpm.elg logs show this or an equivalent log referring to an object UID:

  ```
  
  ERROR dleserver.internal.FileSvcRemoteImpl [qtp-1100905899-163]: export failed
  org.springframework.dao.DataIntegrityViolationException: Expected single result for object with uid a01572e4-8a83-4387-84cf-62a82de942ae,
  ```
