# sk173103 - Policy installation fails with error code 0-2000084

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation fails due to the following errors:  
  "`Internal problem in fwk_atomic_blade_load_prepare`"  
  "`Policy installation failed on gateway. If the problem persists contact Check Point support (Error code: 0-2000084)`"  
* Files are transferred correctly to the *$FWDIR/state/__tmp/FW1/* directory on the appliance (in the relevant virtual system context)
* *$FWDIR/state/__tmp/FW1/install_policy_report.txt* on the corresponding VSID shows:
