## Symptoms

- * Policy installation fails on cluster member with: `"Installation failed. Reason: Load on Module failed - problem with the Commit Function"` error.

* fw_full \& dynamic_objects core files are found in /var/log/dump/usermode.

* Running the 'fetch local' command on the cluster member fails with: `"fwd segmentation fault"` error message.

* The size of $FWDIR/database/dynamic_objects.db on the problematic cluster member is bigger then the same file on the working member.

* 'fetch local' debug is very big, and does not show the failure point. The output file ends with load of dynamic objects.

* The 'fw stat' command output shows the member has initial policy.
