# sk172703 - SmartLog queries do not work, "Searching... (0 ms)" message

## Symptoms

- * SmartLog queries do not work and clock with the message "Searching... (0 ms)"
* SmartConsole does not show the logs.
* "*cat /var/log/opt/CPsuite-R80.40/fw1/log/solr.elg \| grep err* " shows some errors in the object
