# sk172614 - Unable to use Cisco Jabber on Spark Firewall 1500

## Symptoms

- * Unable to connect to Cisco Jabber voice through wLAN0/Wi-Fi network.

* Unable to connect to Cisco Jabber voice through LAN.

## Cause

Traffic dropping on `SIP_TLS_AUTH`.

## Solution

Cisco Jabber uses ports 5060 and 5061 (SIP ports).  

To allow the use of Cisco Jabber on Quantum Spark appliances:  

1. In the WebUI, go to **Users \& Objects** \> **Services** .  

2. Search for SIP.  

3. Select the **Disable inspection for this service** option for these services:   

* SIP_TCP
* SIP_UDP
* SIP_TLS_AUTH
