## Symptoms

- The error: "`kernel: [SIM4];resume_from_error: failed to get ci_or_corr`" is found in the /var/log/messages file.

## Cause

This issue occurs when SecureXL encounters an unresolved nexthop error when the Security Gateway is under heavy load. By the time the Host re-injects the dummy packet after resolving the ARP, the connection has already expired, and the error is received when the gateway tries to lookup the connection.

2. Add this entry to it: run_with_hold=0
3. Save the file
4. Reboot the gateway
