# sk172451 - Centrally Managed 1500 appliance with DAIP failed to establish a tunnel to the Security Gateway

## Symptoms

- * A centrally Managed 1500 appliance with DAIP failed to establish a tunnel to the Security Gateway.

* In the Wireshark capture (pcap file), packet 6 was received by the 1500 Security Gateway. It was fragmented into two packets and both packets arrived properly at the Security Gateway.

* The kernel debug shows this drop:  

  `fw_log_drop_ex: Packet proto=17 x.x.x.x:4500 -> x.x.x.x:4500 dropped by fwfrag_error Reason: Virtual defragmentation error: fragment table is full;
  fwchain_frag: wait for more fragments;`

## Cause

The table `frag_table` is not configured properly.
