# sk172344 - Lights Out Management (LOM) keyboard's layout does not align with PC's keyboard layout

## Symptoms

- LOM keyboard's layout does not align with PC's keyboard layout. For example, a German PC's keyboard layout and keys on the LOM align with a US keyboard layout, resulting in difficulties entering passwords and commands.

## Cause

LOM's JViewer Keyboard layout operates in tandem with the host's keyboard layout. If Gaia's keyboard layout, LOM's keyboard layout, and the host's PC's keyboard layout are not the same, Gaia's keyboard layout is used.
