# sk172128 - SmartEndpoint reports incorrect information in "Last Connected From" for users on their first connections to the server

## Symptoms

- SmartEndpoint reports "Last Connected From:" information from other user connections for users on their first connections to the server.

## Cause

SmartEndpoint cannot initialize information from the emon table for new users to the server so it returns cached information for "Last Connected From".

## Solution

[Contact Check Point Support](http://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/index.html) to get a Hotfix for this issue - improved SmartConsole.  

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.  
For faster resolution and verification, please collect:  

* SmartDashboard build number (go to "Help" menu - click on "About...")
* [CPInfo file](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92739) from the Security Management Server

**Installation instructions:**   

1. Uninstall the current SmartConsole
2. Install the improved SmartConsole
