| Solution ID | sk172083 |
| Date Created | 2021-02-21 |

| Technical Level | General |
| Products | SmartConsole |
| Versions | R81.10 (EOS) |
| OS | Gaia |

## Symptoms

- * When the user adds the "Destination Updatable Object" column to the logs in SmartConsole, no values are displayed, and the Updatable Object that is used cannot be seen / no values are displayed
* When pressing a right click button in a SmartConsole, it leads to search value of dst_uo_name: without outputting searching result

## Cause

If the Security Gateway version is lower than R80.40, then the field does not exist in the raw log. As a result, the Updatable Object information is not available in the "Destination Updatable Object" column.

The "Destination Updatable Object"\\ field name ::**dst_uo_name** is integrated starting in R80.40, but the field is still not filterable with the mentioned keyword.

To workaround:

- Filter a need value as a free-text, with no KEYWORD.

Use this:

*"\<SEARCHED_VALUE\>"*

instead of this:

*dst_uo_name: \<SEARCHED_VALUE\>*
