# sk172063 - LACP PDUs are intermittently not sent on one of the bond slave interfaces on kernel 2.6

## Symptoms

- LACP PDUs are intermittently not sent on one of the bond slave interfaces on kernel 2.6   

* All bond configuration options are correct and match each other on the Check Point side and on the bond peer side.
* There is no physical cabling issue on the interface, and the interface does not have any hardware issues.
* The bond peer is a Cisco device from the "Nexus 9000" series.

## Cause

This is a known issue caused by the way in which the Cisco bond peer handles 802.1p frames. The issue may result in connectivity issues between the Cisco bond peer and the Check Point device.
