# sk171972 - After installing Endpoint Security Client E84.30 for macOS, cannot use SideCar and Airdrop features

## Symptoms

- After the user installs Endpoint Security Client E84.30 for macOS, he cannot use the SideCar and Airdrop features.

## Cause

Endpoint Security Client E82.55 for macOS implemented support for the Firewall setting "block/allow IPv6 traffic". This means that IPv6 traffic will be blocked in E84.30, if this setting is set to 'block'. This is the case here, as the Airdrop feature uses an interface using IPv6 only.

## Solution

Allow IPv6 traffic in the Endpoint Firewall policy.
