# sk171948 - Upgrade of a Management Server with CPUSE fails with the error "Failed during import process"

## Symptoms

- * Upgrade of a Management Server with CPUSE fails with the error "*Failed during import process*".

* The *migrate-\<DATE\>.log* file on the Management Server contains lines like these:

## Cause

In the *$FWDIR/log* directory, an administrator created a sub-directory with a space in its name (for example: *$FWDIR/log/Log Export*).
