# sk171921 - Device & License Information section in SmartConsole shows incorrect Support Expiration date

## Symptoms

- * The "Device \& License Information" section in SmartConsole shows incorrect Support Expiration date for Security Gateways.
* The Management Server and the Security Gateways are able to connect to the required Check Point servers (based on sk83520).
* Restarting services on the Management Server and/or the Security Gateway does not resolve the issue.
* SmartUpdate and the "`cplic print`" command show that valid licenses are attached to Security Gateways.
* The output of the "`cpstat os -f licensing`" command on Security Gateways shows the correct date.

## Cause

Incorrect entry in the Entitlement database file - `$CPDIR/database/EntMgr_DB.xml`.
