# sk171909 - Unable to  monitor bonded interfaces with SNMP in VSX

## Symptoms

- Unable to SNMP-monitor bonded interfaces and their relevant physical interfaces, which are connected to a Virtual Switch and router access port (not connected to VLAN trunk).

## Cause

When you configure a trunk in VSX it keeps the base interface in VS0, but the VLAN's are created under each VS. If the interface/bond is created without trunk mode, it simply moves the entire interface to that VS.
