# sk171831 -  BGP route redistribution disappears after an upgrade from R77.30 to R80.x versions

## Symptoms

- * BGP routes are not redistributed after an upgrade from R77.30, resulting in an outage.
* The BGP redistribution configuration disappears.<br />

## Cause

`/etc/dbup_12_3v1_to_13_0v1.dbmap` converts configuration during an upgrade from R77.30 to R80.x or above.   

It converts this binding:  

`routed:instance:default:export_proto:bgp:as:`**3**`:proto:bgp:autonomoussystem:2:all`  

to this binding:  

`routed:instance:default:export_proto:bgp:as:`**2**`:proto:bgp:autonomoussystem:2:all-ipv4-routes`  

`routed:instance:default:export_proto:bgp:as:`**2**`:proto:bgp:autonomoussystem:2:all-ipv6-routes`  

This only affects the redistribution of **all**routes from one BGP AS to a different BGP AS. Redistribution with other protocols or with specific prefixes is unaffected.
