# sk171712 - Host or domain name not found, when using the "scrub send_orig_file" command

## Symptoms

- * E-mails not being sent when using the "scrub send_orig_file {FileID} {e-mail}" command.

* Executing the "/var/log/maillog \| grep \<FILE ID\>" command, you can see the following error message:  
  `
  (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=xxxx type=A: Host not found)`

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
