# sk171711 - Netflow packets are not sent from the Backup VRRP cluster member after upgrade to R80.20 and higher

## Symptoms

- * Netflow packets are not sent from the Backup VRRP cluster member after upgrade to R80.20 and higher.
* Netflow works as expected om the Master VRRP cluster member

## Solution

Netflow not working on the Backup VRRP Cluster member in R80.20 and higher is an expected behavior  

There were architectural changes in R80.20 and subsequent versions, where Netflow had to be moved to the Firewall module from the SecureXL module and now depends on Firewall Logging /Accounting.   

Since the Firewall module does not support Logging \& Accounting for VRRP Backup / standby member, Netflow essentially cannot function on the VRRP Backup member.
