# sk171569 - "Security policy cannot be installed on FW-XX because domain objects are not supported on Check Point Small Office Appliance with version below R80.20" upon policy installation on 1100 and 1400 appliances

## Symptoms

- This error appears upon policy installation: `"Security policy cannot be installed on FW-XX because domain objects are not supported on Check Point Small Office Appliances with version below R80.20.`"

## Cause

Domain objects are not supported in centrally managed SMB appliances below R80.20 version.  

According to [sk164912 R80.20.05 for Small and Medium Business Appliances](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk164912)  
Since R80.20.05, Check Point supports domain objects in access rule base.
