# sk171500 - Cannot install policy when Visitor mode is disabled

## Symptoms

- Policy installation fails with the following error:  

`
"Error: Visitor Mode cannot be enabled on Connection Profile '<Profile_Name>' as the Gateway to connect to 'XXXX' doesn't support Visitor Mode (either the Gateway's version is before NG AI or it has the Visitor Mode disabled)"`

## Cause

There are legacy objects on the database which prevent the policy from being installed correctly.
