# sk171432 - Policy installation fails with "Error: unknown macro or function rpc_post_match"

## Symptoms

- * After upgrading R80.x Jumbo Hotfix, Access policy installation fails with this error in SmartCosnole:  
  `ERROR: unknown macro or function <rpc_post_match>`  
  `Error compiling IPv6 flavor.`  
  `Operation ended with errors.`

* 'vsx_util upgrade' can also fail with the same error

## Cause

Although a new file was created, the installer did not rename its temporary file. Therefore, the *$FWDIR/lib/rpc.def* file was not replaced during the upgrade.
