## Solution

Harmony Connect provides secure access to hosted, SaaS and Internet applications. Branch offices can connect to the solution by adding a Branch Site at Harmony Connect in the Infinity Portal, and then selecting "Configure Branch Device" to get device-specific instructions for setting up IPSec or GRE tunnels from their branch device to Check Point's cloud.

**Check Point's cloud tunnel addresses are domain-based.**

**Prior to January 6, 2021** , Check Point has created shared tunnel addresses for multiple branch sites at the same cloud service location. Typically these domain names started with **"g-"** .

**Starting January 6, 2021** , Check Point creates distinct domain-based tunnels for every branch site. These domain names start with **"s-"** . The new format improves the cloud scalability for branch offices in case of sudden spikes with the amount of end users.

All customers see the new tunnel destination addresses at their portals by selecting *Configure Branch Device* . The previous tunnel destinations remain available for all customers. However, their address is no longer available to retrieve at Harmony Connect in the Infinity Portal.

**Important: By March 31, 2021** , the previous tunnel destinations will no longer respond to connections.

All customers that created branch sites prior to January 6, 2021 must make sure that their branch devices have the updated tunnel addresses **before March 31, 2021** . Each of these customers will also be contacted by Check Point via email to confirm that they have completed modifying their branch device configuration.

**Reminder - Support Contact Point**

Navigate to '**Global Settings \> Users'** and assign the Support Contact Point role to one or more administrators, who should be contacted in case of emergency, proactive support, planned or unplanned service maintenance via email.
**If none of the administrators of your Infinity Portal account have the Support Contact Point role, all administrators will be contacted.**
