# sk171137 - Gaia Cloning Group fails to synchronize because the user "cp_extensions" is missing in the Gaia database

## Symptoms

- * The output of this Gaia Clish command shows:

  `Hostname> show cloning-group status`  
  `
  Synchronization Failed`
* The `/var/log/messages` file contains this line:

  `cloningd: Error in delayed connection() 111 - Connection refused`
* The Cloning Group debug collected as per [sk119496](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk119496) shows this error:

  `Error Local dbset, Changing shell for user cp_extensions denied. This action can be performed only on users that have an 'expert' feature enabled with 'RW' in one of their roles.`
* The output of this Expert mode command is empty:

  `[Expert@HostName]# grep cp_extensions /config/db/initial`

## Cause

The user "`cp_extensions`" does not exist in the Gaia configuration database.
