# sk171133 - Policy installation failed on gateway (error code: 1-4000018) and (error code: 1-4000019)

## Symptoms

- * Error code 1-4000018 and Error code 1-4000019 on policy installation
* The error started after removing an object from the "Native Applications" in the Mobile Access policy
* install_policy_report.txt shows: Failed to load MAB netobj with uuid: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
* If the object was not completely deleted, adding it back to place will resolve the issue

## Cause

The Security Gateway is still searching for the deleted object.
