## Symptoms

- * Activate Anti-Virus or Anti-Bot blades results in an error in SmartConsole as below:

* Internal VS does not show any error after enabling the blades.

* The issue may happen after an upgrade from R76.50SP to R80.20SP.

## Cause

Anti-Malware signature files were not created on the relevant VS.

The VS which has connectivity to the Internet is missing the directory: *$FWDIR/CTX/CTX000\<VS_Number\>/amw/ext_ioc*, which results in that failure.

Internal VS is functional without this directory.
