# sk171072 - Trial license with signature "axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" cannot be deleted

## Symptoms

- * The product includes a trial license with the signature "`axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx`".
* When the user tries to delete the license with `cplic del axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx` the result is a "`Failed to delete license`" message.
* The license might show as about to expire. <br />

## Cause

This signature is the Check Point trial license for a newly installed Gaia (the out-of-the-box 15-day license).

## Solution

The issue is **cosmetic** and has no impact on the environment or the operation of the product.  

The license should disappear when it expires.   

Try to delete the license with one of these commands:  

`# cplic eval_disable`  

or   

`# $CPDIR/bin/cpprod_util CPPROD_SetPnPDisable 1`
