# sk170859 - Jumbo Frames do not pass through 6000 Series Enterprise Appliances

## Symptoms

- * Although the user enables Jumbo frames on the Check Point interface and applies a value of 9000 MTU, the traffic does not pass through the Check Point interface whenever the high MTU value goes through interface traffic.
* The Jumbo frames pass between routers and switches, but the Check Point interface drops them when the core switch sends Jumbo frames. <br />

## Solution

Note:  

* The issue affects igb drivers only.
* The issue is fixed in igb drivers version **5.3.5.20**

To check the interface's driver and driver version, run "*ethtool -i \<interface name\>* ":  
example:  
\[Expert@admin\]#ethtool -i eth1
