## Symptoms

- Endpoint Security VPN disconnects when Windows desktop is locked.

## Cause

When the Windows desktop is locked, the client sends a notification to TrGUI (the GUI of Endpoint Security VPN) that the user has logged off. This causes TrGUI to shut down.

This notification was introduced explicitly in E84.20 to support user fast switch.
Unfortunately, the TrGUI sends a "disconnect" message back to service, before the user quits.

The fix includes the following change: TrGUI does not send back "disconnect" message, if it is just a simple system lock.
