# sk170655 - "This account is disabled" OS login message after changing Full Disk Encryption policy to Bitlocker

## Symptoms

- * "This account is disabled" OS login message after changing Full Disk Encryption policy to Bitlocker.
* The following can be found in 'C:\\ProgramData\\CheckPoint\\Logs\\dlog1.log':

  ```
  
  20201112 094440,183+0100 I LogonUI.exe:1968 Unable to get size of SID for account. Errorcode = 1789
  20201112 094440,379+0100 W LogonUI.exe:1968 [PWD] Account disabled - OneCheck did not find the user SID valid
  ```

## Cause

OneCheck policy was enabled by default when switching Full Disk Encryption to Bitlocker.   
OneCheck must be disabled for Bitlocker.  
The credential provider was also not removed after switching to Bitlocker.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
