## Symptoms

- * CPU utilization is high on Security Management / Multi-Domain Management Server
* Management server may become inaccessible and requires a reboot.
* The `$MDS_TEMPLATE/log/cpm.elg` file is filled with "`Solr is UP. Will restart it`" messages
* Multiple CPM_Solr instances are present on the management server (not necessarily).
* Constant high CPU consumption by CPM Solr.

## Cause

A code limitation in the mechanism that is responsible for restarting Solr if it is unresponsive.
