## Symptoms

- * Unable to redistribute OSPF2 external routes on the Check Point Security Gateway.

* Redistribution of OSPF2 internal routes works as expected on the Check Point Security Gateway.

* Redistribution is being performed without route maps on the Check Point Security Gateway.

* RouteD debug ([sk84520](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk84520)) shows this message:

  `-----> Rejected: Route-Redistribution policy`

## Cause

1. Check Point Gaia OS supports the OSPF route tag values from `1` to `2,147,483,647`.
2. On the router, the OSPF route tag value is greater than 2,147,483,647.
