# sk170518 - Users are redirected to the DLP UserCheck portal and receive Error 500

## Symptoms

- * Users are redirected to the UserCheck portal and receive the following error:   
  `
  An unexpected error has occurred. You may still be able to continue working normally. Please retry accessing the web page in a short while. (500)"`

* Running steps in [sk94269](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk94269) and [sk161032](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk161032) does not solve the issue.

* The file /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/log/PortalLog.log shows the following:  
  `
  (/opt/CPUserCheckPortal/phpincs/conf/L10N/portal_en.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied`

Wrong files permissions.
