# sk170432 - Gaia Clish command "save configuration <filename>" saves user real names without quotes

## Symptoms

- * The Gaia Clish command "`save configuration <filename>`" saves user real names without quotes (First Name and Last Name).

* The Gaia Clish command "`load configuration`" fails.

## Cause

This behavior is by design.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.   
For faster resolution and verification please collect [CPinfo](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92739) files from the Security Management and Security Gateways involved in the case.

**Workaround:**

1. Edit the saved Gaia configuration file.
2. Manually add quotes before and after the user names.
