# sk170424 - User cannot log into Mobile Access Portal with error: "Illegal date in Users Database. Login Failed"

## Symptoms

- * Users receive the following error when attempting to login to the Mobile Access Portal  
  *Illegal date in Users Database. Login Failed*   

* `CVPND` Debug shows  
  *\[AU\] call_au_auth_user: start (au=0x00000000)
  Illegal date \[day-non English Month-year\]
  \[CPSC\] cpsc_get_msg_by_id: Cache HIT for CPSC_ILLEGAL_DATE_FORMAT
  \[CPSC\] cpsc_get_msg_by_id: Cache HIT for CPSC_ILLEGAL_DATE_IN_USER_DB*

## Cause

The Security Management Server is running on a non-English OS.  
The non-English date information is saved in `fwauth.NDB`, where only English `expiration_date` should be stored.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
