# sk170325 - Adding a user with API fails because Gaia OS can not find an existing TACACS or RADIUS server

## Symptoms

- Adding a user with API fails.

## Cause

The query ID in the Solr database is incorrect for the TACACS and RADIUS server.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
