# sk170323 - Cannot enable VSX Resource Control Monitor in R80.30 and higher with Gaia kernel 3.10

## Symptoms

- * Enabling of the VSX Resource Control Monitor with the "`fw vsx resctrl monitor enable`" command fails:

## Cause

R80.30 and higher versions with Gaia kernel 3.10 do not support VSX Resource Control, regardless of the number of the CPU cores.
