## Symptoms

- * During policy installation on a specific Virtual System member, the Virtual System creates fw_full Core dumps: ls -lahrt /var/log/dump/usermode -rw-r--r-- 1 admin root xxxM \[Date\] fw_full.PID.core.gz -rw-r--r-- 1 admin root xxxM \[Date\] fw_full.PID.core.gz
* Var/log/messages shows kernel: fw_full\[#PID\]: segfault at 0000000000000000
* Policy installation fails and yields the following error: "Installation failed. Reason: Load on Module failed - problem with the commit function"

## Cause

Corruption in the dynamic objects file *$FWDIR/database/dynamic_objects.db* causes policy installation to fail on a specific Virtual System member.
