# sk170155 - SMB appliances report incorrect value for SNMP sysObjectID

## Symptoms

- When using SNMP go query for a specific OID, systemID/Vendor returns UNIX instead of CHECKPOINT (as with Enterprise level Gateways).  

**Example** :  
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0:  
More specifically:  
1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2  

Expected result:  
OID: .iso.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.1  
SystemID/Vendor: CHECKPOINT (or similar)  

Actual result:  
OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10  
SystemID/Vendor: UNIX

## Cause

SNMP database issue on SMB appliances.

## Solution

**For 700/900/1400 appliances:**   
[Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.   
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.   
For faster resolution and verification please collect [CPinfo](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92739) files from the Security Management and Security Gateways involved in the case.  

**For 1500 appliances:**   
This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
