# sk170147 - "Machine's configuration is 'LogServer'" error when running upgrade verifier on a Gateway

## Symptoms

- * When running "Verifier" from Gaia WebGui while upgrading an R77.X Gateway in single Gateway configuration to R80.X, the following error is received:

  `Clean Install:`  
  `:Installation is allowed.`  
  `Upgrade:`  
  `The following results are not compatible with the package:`  

  ` - Machine's configuration is 'LogServer'`  

  `The R80.30 image you imported is not supported on: `  

  ` - Security Management or Multi-Domain Server`  
  ` - Cluster Load Sharing`

## Cause

Wrong entry in the Registry file ($CPDIR/registry/HKLM_registry.data) on the security gateway causes the error when running Upgrade Verifier.
