# sk170145 - Firewall blade policies are not reaching Endpoint Security Client for Mac

## Symptoms

- Firewall blade policies are not reaching Endpoint Security Client for Mac.

## Cause

In some cases, the encrypted policy is detected as "not encrypted", and at the same time as "not decrypted". Consequently, the system considers the policy to be a corrupted policy.

## Solution

**The hotfix improves policy validation for handling such situations.**

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
