  - The user installs the Harmony Connect application for Windows 10 or Mac
  - The user launches the application
  - The user enters a corporate email address (in some cases, the system automatically does this step)
  - A pop-up window appears with a request to enter a corporate sign-on password (in some cases, the user is 
  automatically identified and does not need to enter the sign-on password)
  - The pop-up window contains this message: "Could not log in: Internal server error"
