# sk170035 - "No License" status in SMP license column even though licenses are valid and active

## Symptoms

- SMP license column shows "`No License`" status although licenses are valid and active.

## Cause

SMB Gateways reports the license status: "`No license`" when at least one software blade is enabled with no active license.

## Solution

This is an expected behavior in the SMP: SMB Gateways reports the license status: "`No license`" when at least one software blade is enabled with no active license.  

Check which software blades are enabled on the Gateways and make sure the licenses are valid.
